Led by founder and director William Shipp, who has been designing and delivering award-winning residential and commercial projects since 1996, our team brings decades of industry experience to every project. Unlike larger building companies, we take a hands-on, boutique approach, ensuring every client receives personalised attention, tailored solutions, and direct access to the people responsible for bringing their vision to life.

Led by a Director and Communications Manager with more than 24 years of combined construction industry experience, Envate has contributed to the design and delivery of significant projects across Australia and the United Kingdom. This diverse experience provides valuable insight into complex construction challenges and the highest standards of project execution.
Our leadership team has worked on technically advanced, multi-million-dollar developments and brings extensive knowledge in construction compliance, building assessments, dispute resolution, and remedial works. Supported by a trusted network of industry specialists, we have the expertise to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding results for projects of all sizes.
Building Excellence in Design & Construction
Our experienced in-house team includes groundworkers, concreters, carpenters, roofers, cabinetmakers, joiners, plasterers, painters, decorators, and labourers. By managing key trades internally, we maintain greater control over quality, communication, and project timelines.
This integrated approach helps us deliver projects efficiently, on budget, and to the high standards of workmanship that define every Envate build.
